San Francisco, CA – October 20, 2016 – Scality, world leader in object and cloud storage, continued its year over year success with 100 percent growth and new customer wins in the third quarter of 2016. “Scality is experiencing very healthy growth on all fronts: new customers, expansions across our existing customer base, new product innovation, hiring and our open source launch. We are truly having a banner year!” said Erwan Menard, President & COO of Scality. “We are innovating quickly and delivering more value to our customers, especially the Global 2000 Enterprise. The open source S3 Server, has been a huge success with more than 400 weekly downloads and 3000 downloads since June. Scality’s engineering team has delivered the General Availability of Scality RING v6.1 in June and v6.2 in September as initially planned, followed by 6.3 this month in October.
